If you are booking a self-shoot for the first time, start with three things: who is coming, which backdrop you want, and how long you need in the room. Those choices will narrow down the packages much faster than looking at price alone.
At M Selfie Studio, you take the photos yourself with a remote shutter. You can see the pictures on a monitor as you go. We also offer photographer-led sessions if you would prefer someone to take the photos for you.
Check the people limit
Our plain-backdrop Solo session covers one person, Duo covers two, Group covers up to four, and Crew covers up to six. The people limit applies to the session, not to each photo. Children under three are free and do not count towards the people limit, except in cake smash packages, where everyone counts.
If you are coming with a larger group, check with us before booking. Do not book a smaller package and plan to rotate people through the room.
Choose your backdrop before booking
A plain colour, the Bookshelf set and Skyblue each have their own packages. Look at the photos on our studio page, then check the matching package. Session time and inclusions can differ between sets.
For reference, plain-backdrop Solo is RM60 for 15 minutes and Duo is RM80 for 20 minutes. Group is RM99 for 25 minutes and Crew is RM130 for 30 minutes. These packages include props, digital photos and 4R prints, with the print allowance shown on each package. Check the current package details before paying.
Leave time for the photos you want
If you have outfit changes or several group combinations in mind, allow for them when choosing your session. Bring a few pose references if that helps, but you do not need to have every shot planned.
Check the photo delivery details too. Self-shoot digital photos are usually provided on the same day; edited photos from photographer-led sessions have a separate turnaround. Our FAQ explains the delivery and booking policies.
Reserve your appointment
We operate by advance appointment only. No walk-ins. Choose your package and reserve an available slot on our booking page before coming to the studio.
